Assistant Manager

To assist with the effective management and the delivery of Bryson Care West, Domiciliary Service in accordance with agreed aims and objectives, best practice principles and statutory and regulatory requirements.

Job Opportunity Northwest Assistant Manager – Monday – Friday 9-5 & On Call.

Ref: W/AM/D/05

Salary – £30,076.20 Full time (35 hours per week).


  • Minimum of 5 years paid experience of supporting older people in a domiciliary/social care setting
  • Minimum 2 years paid experience of managing/supervising staff
  • Full driving licence and access to a car
  • Ability to provide on-call support to Care Workers outside of office hours
  • QCF Level 5 Diploma in leadership for health & social services (Adult Management)
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Knowledge of the needs of people who require health & social care
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • High level of ICT skills
