Head of Operations

About the role
The Head of operations will report to the Director of Pathways.
The Head of Operations will be responsible for all operational staff and for all services aimed at removing the root causes of poverty.
These services originate from the merger of 6 different companies/charities. They need to continue to be amalgamated to deliver the maximum benefit to the people we serve.

We aim to:

  1. Take 75,000 people out of poverty within 20 years.
  2. Lead international best practice to eliminate global poverty.
  3. Bryson Pathways has over 150 staff and serves over 60,000 people a year.

Scope
The Head of operations will report to the Director of Pathways.
The Head of Operations will be responsible for all operational staff and for all services aimed at removing

The Task

20 years:

  1. 24,500 into Employment
  2. 22,000 significantly improved Health
  3. 26,000 into Education
  4. Net zero – lead the just transition in areas of most need.

3 years:

  1. Remove thousands from poverty.
  2. Prove/define the most effective way to maximise potential and end poverty.
  3. Unite all services to focus on bring maximum benefit to our clients.
  4. Deliver all services to international best standards of quality, safety and safeguarding.
  5. Grow surplus to over £450k
