Fixed-Term (3-4 years)

Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be enrolled in a three (or four) year apprenticeship training program, gaining a level 2 and level 3 NVQ and BTEC technical certificate in maintenance engineering. This program is run in conjunction with the Northern Regional College. The candidate will follow a development plan set out by Bryson Recycling, in which you will develop your engineering knowledge and skills through on-the-job training, given by experienced and qualified engineering professionals.

Essential Criteria:

  • GCSE – C or above in English, Maths & Science
  • Willing to undertake internal and external job/academic training to achieve required qualifications
  • Flexibility to work overtime, as required

Desirable Criteria:

  • GCSE – C or above in ICT
