Scrap Store Customer Advisor

Permanent – 16 hours per week

£10,840.96 per annum

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to offer a high standard of customer service to members and promote ongoing activities, whilst having a genuine appreciation of their individual needs.

To maintain membership database: accepting payments, updating records and recording visitors.

To be responsible for the upkeep of the scrap store area, ensuring it is kept clean and tidy.

To assist in growing the business through development of workshops, scrap packs and an ideas library.

Essential Criteria:

  • 5 GCSE’s at grade C and above including Maths and English
  • Working knowledge of different art mediums
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience of different art mediums
  • Access to transport for work purposes as and when required

Desirable Criteria:

  • An Art qualification
