Bryson Recycling requires:
Customer Liaison Officer
(Ref: R/CLO/M/241)
Permanent, Monday – Friday
37.5 hours per week, 8:30am – 5pm
£24,000 – £26,500 per annum
Job Purpose:
The Customer Liaison Officer will be responsible for facilitating communication and collaboration between the Kerbside department and local council areas. This is an office and field-based role and will require collaborative working with council reps and local councillors to resolve narrow access issues, complaints, service delivery issues etc.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience working in a customer facing role
- Experience of using standard software packages e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
- 5 GCSE’s to include Maths and English or equivalent
- Clean and Valid driving license
Desirable Criteria:
- Strong geographical knowledge of Mid & East Antrim Area
