Meini Prawf Hanfodol

  • Profiad mewn amgylchedd adwerthu neu wasanaeth i gwsmeriaid, yn ddelfrydol mewn lleoliad adwerthu elusennol neu ail law.
  • TGAU Gradd C mewn Mathemateg a Saesneg neu gyfwerth.
  • Gwybodaeth am weithrediadau adwerthu, gan gynnwys rheoli stoc, trin arian parod, a systemau pwynt talu.
  • Gwybodaeth sylfaenol am reoliadau iechyd a diogelwch, a’r gallu i sicrhau bod y siop yn gweithredu mewn ffordd ddiogel ac yn cydymffurfio â’r rheoliadau.
  • Gallu i gynnig hyfforddiant a chymorth i wirfoddolwyr ac aelodau’r tîm, a meithrin amgylchedd cydweithredol a chynhyrchiol.
  • Hyblygrwydd i weithio goramser, yn ôl yr angen.

Reuse Team Leader

35 hours per week
9am – 5pm
£23,241.00 per annum

Join our Team!
As the Reuse Team Leader, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our Choose to Reuse shops, ensuring the efficient processing, pricing, and selling of donated goods. You will lead a team of staff and volunteers, providing guidance, support, and training to enable them to deliver the highest standards of customer service, product presentation, and operational efficiency. Your leadership will drive the success of the shop by maximising revenue and reducing waste. This will enable our social enterprise, part of the Bryson Charitable Group, to support social initiatives that help local communities develop and grow while promoting the environmental benefits of reuse. You will be based at our Mochdre shop and required to work at our Rhyl shop once a week.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably within a charity or second- hand retail setting.
  • Grade C in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including stock control, cash handling, and point-of-sale systems.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations, with the ability to ensure the shop operates in a safe and compliant manner.
  • Ability to provide training and support to volunteers and team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, as required. Required to work at our Rhyl site once a week.


Desirable Criteria

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, including managing teams of staff or volunteers.
  • Any relevant qualifications in retail management, volunteer coordination, or charity sector work would be an advantage.
