We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and customer support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Business Services department. This role plays a key part in maintaining high standards of customer service, operational accuracy, and compliance across a range of essential business functions.
What you NEED to bring to the table:
- 2 years’ experience working in a customer facing role within an office environment
- Experience of using standard software packages e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
- 5 GCSE’s to include Maths and English or equivalent
Bonus points if you’ve got:
- Knowledge of operating Weighbridge (software application)

- Organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
- Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willing and able to provide cover and work flexible hours, including shifts between 7:30am and 6:00pm, as required
