Permanent | 35 hours | 9am – 5pm
Monday – Friday
£12.40/hour (Paid weekly – your wallet will love that!)

The Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department by delivering high-quality administrative and customer support services. This role requires a proactive, organised individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and excellent customer service.

What you NEED to bring to the table:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer-facing role
  • Working knowledge of data protection, confidentiality, and information handling
  • Experience in using standard software Packages e.g. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Provide cover and be flexible with timings if required (to cover shifts starting from 8.00 am-6.00 pm)


Bonus Points if you’ve got:

  • Relevant administrative or business qualification (e.g. NVQ, BTEC, or equivalent)
  • Full valid UK driving licence and access to vehicle
  • Fluent Welsh speaker
